January - Only a few spaces available now. Pop over to our contacts page to see how you can get hold of us. Only if you want to ride some of this fantastic Austrian snow.
December - The snow has arrived and it doesn't appear to be stopping. This is the first year that we've been able to jump off the roof into the snow. Obviously for no other reason than we could!
November - That's the mountain biking done for the season. Austria getting colder and snow has already arrived on the mountains. Bookings still available, but filling up quickly. €27 per person per night!
October - Our last guests of the season were able to enjoy the trails (and lifts) with autumnal, rooty trails to tackle. There as a minor heat spell so the riding was perfect and at a 10% discount! Maybe a nice change from Morzine next year?
September - Busy times, loads of guests, a bumper year for us. Might have to look at getting another guide for next year.
June - New trails open this year. A gnarly technical downhill trail in Hopfgarten and a flowing trail over in Kirchberg.
May - Guests arrive and enjoy some early alpine mountain biking. The trails are in great condition and things are looking good for the mountain biking season.
April - We've been having a really warm April over here in the Alps. The touring skis weren't even used once, let's hope our legs are in good shape for the mountain biking.
March - Check out the holiday reviews that our guests have been giving us around the web of their holidays with us here in Austria. Our aim is to create a great stress free holiday for our guests. Looks like we are on the right track.
February - We've been running our group holidays promotion for nearly a year now and it's been proving very popular. Another good reason to bring your riding friends on holiday with you.
January - Happy New Year from everyone here at Up and Downhill holidays. We reckon there are a fair number of adreline junkie mountain bikers that enjoy the white stuff as well. Pop over to our winter holiday site and check out our self-catering and b&b holidays, starting at only €26.50 per person per night.
December - Heavy snow in the Alps. Excuse the pun, we've decided to freeze our prices for our 2011 MTB holidays. Guided mountain biking. Catered or self-catered holidays. Give Morzine a miss for a year and try the Austrian Alps.
November - In our quiet period we are able to spend a bit more time updating the mountain biking and winter websites. We've updated the mountain biking and safety tips page and created a tips and mountain biking trails rules page.
October - The summer season draws to a close and the bikes are put away for another year. We had guests enjoying all our trails right through to mid October and also managed loads of private rides after that, up to the final lifts on the 23rd October. Now for a month of well earned rest before the start of the winter season. Don't forget to check out our great value cheap winter farm and chalet prices for your winter skiing holidays.
September - Find out details of our holidays from photos of our guests mountain biking. Either on our blog or through our various guest holiday galleries.
August - Enjoying riding with our guests. Some weeks we are on easier trails, the following week in the bike park. We've updated the bike hire page with bike details. The Intense Socom and full sus 29er have been great fun, we everyoen really enjoying them.
July - Peak holiday season for the next two months, check out a few photos of our guests enjoying the Alpine mountain biking. We've added a Technical XC, Freeride/DH album as well, for the folks that want the full Alpine trip.
June - With the pound against the euro peaking at 1.23 in June, there are some great savings to be had on our mtb holidays. As our mtb holiday prices are all in euros this can only be good for Brits coming over to Austria.
May - Whether you would prefer a catered mountain biking holiday or a self catered mountain biking trip. Both holidays include guiding. More details on the improved holiday prices page. Either way, breakfast is included in the price, with homemade yoghurt and jams, local cheeses and meats and fresh bread from the bakery.
April - The UCI Downhill and 4X World Cup circuit comes to our neck of the woods! Set for the 18th to 20th June. Combine your own mountain biking by taking a day out to watch the best mountain bikers in the World compete.
March - Just announced, great group holiday booking deals. Get four of your mountain biking friends together and one of the four goes half price. Get six bikers and one of the mountain biking group goes completely FREE.
February - Snow, glorious snow. Much skiing and tobogganing action to share with our holiday guests. Fancy trying our local 4.5km toboggan run, at night, after a few schnapps around a roaring fire? Check out our holiday blog - the guides ramblings for our latest news.

Also we've updated the holiday weekly agenda page to show you how we can tailor the mountain biking to your liking.
December - Winter in the alps is almost as good as the summer in the alps. So instead of flying down the mountains on the bike, our holiday guests and ourselves will be indulging in alpine skiing, touring and maybe a little cross country. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from everyone here at the farm.
