On our organic farm the cows are cared for amazingly well. The fresh milk that you’ll be served every morning for breakfast is testimony to the TLC that these cows get! Don’t worry, our guests are treated just as well as the cows. Hang on, that sounds a bit odd, you know what we mean though. Good fodder, comfortable bedding etc etc.

- Congratulations to all the Olympic mountain bikers. Austria coming 11th in the Womens race whilst in the Mens race, Austrian’s Christoph Soukup narrowly finishing ahead of Britain’s Liam Killeen in 6th and 7th place.
