- new years eve -

Merry Christmas and Happy New YearAs 2008 draws to a end and the turkey is finally finished. What did you do with the leftovers? turkey curry? turkey sandwiches?

Manu and I hope you all had a great Christmas and hope you enjoy the New Year celebrations. We’ll be enjoying a fondue with the family, whilst our guests head up into town to various restaurants to see in the New Year.

There will be a special ski show on in town where a load of the ski / snowboard instructors hurtle down the mountain with torches and some obscenely dangerous custom made skis and snowboards. Well worth seeing. The younger guests might enjoy the antics of Bobo (I’ll say no more – you’ll have to come next year!!).

Speaking to some people back in England, they’ll be taking to the mountain bike trails on New Year’s day. Even though we won’t be mountain biking for three or four more months, we will be getting out on the slopes on New Year’s day as everything is just that little bit quieter. Whilst guests are nursing sore heads and bellyfuls of good grub.
