- great night out in Ellmau, 6 different bands, some tirolean folk music all the way through to some great rock covers by a local singer

- testing out a muesli ball recipe from german dark bread, sultanas, various seeds and just a drop of rum – so far so good
- Greeks guests are out enjoying a bit of white water rafting this morning, canyoning was looking odds on favourite this afternoon
- Canyoning and rafting went down really well, looking forward to the biking tomorrow
- long day, finished now, baby is sleeping, next food and feet up in front of the telly
- back home safely, one broken brake cable and a some very low pads!
- ooooh my little legs are tired this evening, off for an Italian meal though, which will hopefully fill them up again

- busy day today, helping set up for Martin's 70th birthday
- great day for rain, on the swap over day, rest of the week is looking pretty nice
- back to Munich again, to play spot the MTBer coming out of the arrivals gate
