mountain bike holidays and the guides ramblings

Our latest twitter snippets of news and activities that we have been up to. Lots of biking action over the last couple of weeks, hitting the trails and enjoying the bike park. We also try and include a few photos that we’ve taken on the mobile as well, plus one video!

• finally realised that twitter4skype is missing a load of my twitters – pity – as it was a good service. I might be around more now! 6 days ago
• Out of the valley again and back on the lifts. Hope my fitness remains though 5 days ago
• ah the old trails have held up well during the winter months 5 days ago
• yeah, bike rack finished, hold 5 bikes, nice and secure much greener than a trailer, when possible. End result surprisingly simple 3 days ago

• off to bike park in morn, not a jump boy so it’ll be interesting, the 2.5km 500m vertical descent singletrack called Hang Man is more me! 2 days ago
• going to be a long day, off out to the Bike Park, probably a few photos from the lifts 2 days ago
